I moved to the Valley in 2000, after deciding that Sun Valley was the best mountain resort town in the West to raise my family. I grew up in a family business with real estate and I have always had "one foot in real estate" throughout my personal and professional life. Being raised in a family owned business and owning two small companies of my own I have developed a fundamental approach to working with people -- do what you said you would do, when you said you would do it, and create a win / win solution.
In addition to being an agent with Classic Realty since 2004, I also have a unique knowledge of Fractional property in general and Les Saisons in particular where I was the Director of Sales when that property opened in 2002, that property was sold out in 2007. Due to my grassroots involvement with Les Saisons I am the most knowledgeable realtor in the valley concerning fractional real estate and combined with my work throughout the valley over the last five years with property of all types provides me a unique and versatile perspective in the Wood River Valley market place.
When I am not wearing my work hat you are likely to find me engaged as a father of two darling girls that allow me to be a kid again.
